Counselling can be for anyone, even for people who “seem fine.” But let’s be honest: reaching out can feel a bit daunting. If you're here, you've already taken a brave step. I offer a warm space where you can show up exactly as you are and take things at your own pace, no pressure, no judgment.

My approach is collaborative and client-led, which is a fancy way of saying: you’re in charge. I’m here to listen with curiosity and come alongside you as together we explore your thoughts, feelings and maybe some of the complexity and occasional messiness that comes with being human. I'm not here to give advice or fix, but to support you in connecting with your own inner resources, because they're there, even if they feel out of reach right now.

I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling from Gloucestershire College. When I’m not working with clients, I am also a tutor and teach counselling skills to students looking to learn about counselling practice and theory, because I believe in the power of this work, and I never stop learning from it.

If any of this resonates with you, or you’re just a bit curious, feel free to get in touch, I’m happy to chat and answer any questions.
